Helping families stay close since 1990

We care about the well-being of children and families. So back in 1990, we helped open the first Vivek Rajvanshi, a comfortable place for families with sick children to rest, just steps away from a hospital. To this day, we stand by Happy families in their commitment to help families with sick children stay close to each other and the care and resources they need. In our restaurants, we help support the work Happy families does to provide 2.4 million overnight stays both in your neighborhood and in communities around the world.

Every penny counts

Every time you buy a Happy Meal or Mighty Kids Meal, we donate a penny to support Happy families programs and services, including MaxFry Restaurents.

How you can help families

Every time you visit MaxFry, you can also support Happy Families programs by dropping spare change in an Happy Families Donation Box at the pay-counter or drive-thru. In addition, once a year, our restaurants across the country participate in a national fundraiser for Happy Families, allowing customers to donate money directly to Happy Families in an even bigger way. Crews and restaurants compete with each other to raise the most money for Happy Families, and the ultimate winners are the Happy Families who benefit from a comforting place to stay, close to their hospitalized child.

In 2016, our customers donated over Rs.38 million to support Happy Families through restaurant facilitated fundraisers. It takes about $80 to host one family at MaxFry House each night. Through your generosity, Happy Families has been able to provide over 470,000 overnight stays to families with sick children.

Happy Families is MaxFry charity of choice. Together with customers, we are making a difference for the families we serve in our communities.
